The thing is not worth the money and effort! The cubes are too small and hard to get out, you have to pull each one of them out with big finger, otherwise they will not come out. This process is taking too long. The round top is sticking to the bottom, I had to hit it a couple of times to the table to remove. Overall pretty bad. I better use my old classy ice cube form.

Again easy ordering and fast delivery. This was a repeat order due to very high satisfaction with the product! You notice the pleasant development of heat, which in my opinion reduces the pain pleasantly.

The order was marked "delivered" by the Joom system. The system says I marked it myself, which is not the case. I haven't been delivered. I'm waiting for a response from Joom. Most importantly, I'm waiting for my delivery.
