Rating: 1 / 5 stars Ordered a €308 recliner chair that arrived damaged, non-functioning, and missing parts. I filed a claim immediately on 29 September 2026. Instead of arranging collection as required under EU consumer law (Article 7:21 BW), the company offered an insulting 7% partial refund and has delayed the process for nearly two weeks. They repeatedly missed their own deadlines (the latest on 11 October). The chair is fully disassembled, packaged, and awaiting pickup, yet customer support remains entirely non-responsive regarding freight collection. Thankfully, the payment is paused via Klarna. Completely unprofessional handling of non-conforming goods. Pls collect your chair it’s in my hallway where there are no items let alone big allowed to stored.

Unfortunately, my experience with this seller is very negative. I bought 4 cabinets on September 23rd, with an advertised delivery of 2 to 5 business days, but I only received 3. I have contacted support several times and, to this day, have not received a solution. They offered me a refund, but what I want is to receive the fourth wardrobe I bought.. I am about to open my barbershop and this delay is harming my planning.. Very dissatisfied with the delivery and the lack of resolution. I hope the seller resolves this situation urgently.

The cabinet is damaged, the edges are chipped, and in some places the plywood is delaminated. The cabinet will require additional work on my part for gluing, sanding, and filling in the material shortages. They delivered it to a different street, threw the package into the yard of a house that was mine. The lady who lives in that house, when she arrived and saw the package, was kind enough to call me and I had to go to her house, (which is still far from mine) to pick it up. The carrier is not reliable, especially since they had the correct address and my phone number. If they couldn't find the address, they just needed to have called, I'm always at home. Very bad delivery service !!!!

Hello, I have received my order number P6VL6VXY from 12/08 this Tuesday 18/08 but I immediately noticed a problem with the table, in fact, as you can see in the photo, there is a piece missing from the tabletop. Could you please inform me of the procedure to follow to resolve this issue? (Mr. Tombal Jean 0474 76 02 55)

Looks as promised except for the pattern on the top wooden part being weird and looking like scratches (light streaks in the pattern). Easy to assemble, I just skipped the toilet paper roll thing since I didn’t need it so there are holes on the top that wouldn’t show if I had done as intented. Also, really fast delivery!

It was what we expected, there was a small hiccup with the delivery, as there were two boxes and only 1 arrived, but two days later, not counting the Pilar holiday, the other box arrived. In perfect condition. Both delivery drivers were very kind and brought them into the house.
