Description

EDIFICE's First Carbon Dial + Radio-controlled Solar Watch From EDIFICE, a highly functional motorsport chronograph based on the concept of Speed & Intelligence, comes the EQW-A2000, a radio-controlled solar watch with a carbon fiber dial. The EQW-A2000 is charged via light through three small subdials, making it the first in the EDIFICE radio-controlled solar watch series to feature a carbon fiber dial, perfectly suited to its motorsport concept. The powerful solar charging system stores enough energy to power the watch for five months on a single full charge, despite its multifunctionality. This model also utilizes the TOUGH MOVEMENT, developed with a focus on accurate timekeeping. It features reception of standard radio waves from six stations around the world, automatic hand position correction, Tough Solar, and a hybrid mount mechanism for precise timekeeping. It also features world time with automatic daylight saving time setting. Smart Access, via the electronic crown, allows for easy city selection. This mid-size, highly functional radio-controlled solar model from EDIFICE is perfect for stylish coordination.

Tough Solar (Solar Charging System) 10 ATM Water Resistance Radio Signal Reception: Automatic (up to 6 times per day) (up to 5 times per day for Chinese radio signals) / Manual Receive. <Japan> Received Radio Signal: JJY, Frequency: 40kHz/60kHz (Fukushima/Kyushu compatible models). <North America> Received Radio Signal: WWVB, Frequency: 60kHz. <Europe> Received Radio Signal: MSF/DCF77, Frequency: 60kHz/77.5kHz. <China> Received Radio Signal: BPC, Frequency: 68.5kHz. *When the Home Time setting is set to a city that can receive radio signals, the watch will receive the station corresponding to that city. The time difference will be set based on the selected city. *In World Time mode, when the World Time setting is set to a city that can receive radio signals, the watch will receive the station corresponding to that city. ● Automatic hand position correction ● World time: 29 cities (29 time zones, automatic daylight saving time setting) + UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) time display ● Stopwatch (1/20-second, 60-minute counter) ● Low battery warning ● Power saving function (hands stop moving to conserve power after a certain period of time in the dark) ● Date and day of the week display ● Full auto-calendar ● Operating time from full charge without solar power: Approximately 5 months with functions in use, approximately 20 months with power saving function * Without radio wave reception, the watch operates with standard quartz accuracy (average monthly deviation of ±15 seconds).
