Worst customer service ever. I’ll never buy from Joom again. The shoes I ordered didn’t fit me properly and weren’t comfortable, so I wanted to return or exchange them. Not only did I have to deal with an unexpected $21 FedEx shipping fee even though shipping was listed as free when I made the purchase, but they also expect me to pay international shipping costs to return or exchange the shoes. I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was an AI chatbot with no real help and no way to properly speak with a real person. Returns are a hassle, customer service is terrible, and the fees aren’t clearly disclosed. Please don’t buy from this crappy online platform. Save yourself the trouble

I'm thrilled about the fast delivery, which is often not the case with Joom. The product was with us 2 days after the order. We ordered size 24 and the size fits perfectly. The shoes are super processed, my son loves them so much that he doesn't want to put them on so they don't get dirty. He walks very well in them and also finds them very comfortable, the toes have enough space and are not pinched. This will not be the last order from the buyer. My daughter wants the same shoes now. Thanks to the seller. 😅 Perfect gift for children.

How not to be happy with this little gem ! Adidas is a safe bet and the design is always there. Real cushioning, comfort during training or running, they are easy to wash too. I personally really like the little color detail that I could match with my sports outfit ☺️. Very happy to have found them, knowing that I had not seen them in store ! The delivery was fast and well protected with a cardboard box that surrounded the shoebox.. In the top !
