One sends a message via a form and does not receive confirmation that they have received the message. I am attaching a copy of the message I sent to those below in case they read reviews instead!!! "I have sent you a message on 2024-09-06 but have not yet received a reply from you! How long will it take for you to reply? I have received the wrong product delivered. I have ordered № LGPQP3JX Black, Galaxy S10 Plus, 1 pc but I have received one with blue color!! I don't want the blue one and want to return it and get my money back. This watch case is amazing!! 🤍 I have been buying numerous glass screens protectors but in a moment of not paying attention, I was either smashing the glasses and kicking them so hard they would fall off the screen. I bought it for my partner as the old one starting getting swet in when working out, so I went for a different style. It is so good, that I would not even consider going back to glass protectors!! Not only it's extremely practical and durable, but it also covers all the sides of the watch, not just the screen! I don't have to worry about potentially breaking my watch anymore!! I've got 100% confidence in this cover now to keep my watch intact. The cover does not affect the screen touch whatsoever, and still allows normal use of all its buttons. The material seems very durable but it was also easy to apply and it now fits my partner's watch like a glove!
