🐣🐥Do It Evil Skzoo Speaker version 🐥🐣 I chose to buy the special edition of the album Do It by Stray Kids, which features Skzoo, the animated versions of the Stray Kids members.. This time in the evil version! 😉 My choice fell on Bbokkari, the chick that represents my beloved bias Felix (of course, I couldn't do without him!) so cute and kind! 💕 Here is its content: - white box with the silver logo of Do It; - evil Skzoo speaker Bbokkari (Felix's lo skzoo); - a splendid silver-toned carabiner with the inscription of the Stray Kids and Stays' motto "Stray Kids everywhere all around the world you make Stray Kids Stay"; - cable to charge the speaker; - instruction booklet strictly in Korean (but I managed to make the speaker work anyway!); - 8 photo cards degli Stray Kids (overdrive version of do It); - a folded booklet with the lyrics of the album "Do It"; - 1 card with a code on the back to download the digital version of the album "Do It" from the PLVE app (not supported by my mobile phone); - sticker of evil Bbokkari. + preorder benefit: - a wonderful photo card of my beloved Felix with the cat glove; - a polaroid photo with Felix dressed in pink for the "Do It" Concept; - 2 special photo cards, one with Hyunjin and the other with Changbin. The order was placed on December 22nd, the tracking was very accurate and I received continuous updates on the package tracking and today, finally, it arrived at home! Easy to open packaging, all products were high quality. I have ordered from recordplanet before with no problem however this time the pre-order items(1 photocard and 1 mini postcard) were missing even though I ordered it in the pre-order time period(aka before the release). I'd love to get into contact with Record Planet about this to talk about how we can fix this, nevertheless I've never had any bad experiences with Record Planet before this, all my love goes to them <3 EDIT: I'm currently in contact with Joom to fix the issue! 😁 EDIT2: I bought the album at 02:43 which was before the official release (which is 06:00) but Record Planet has the release date itself (so without a time meaning that the pre-order period at their shop is over as soon as the clock hits midnight) in their description which means that I did not qualify for Record Planet's pre-order time period, I'll make sure to keep this in mind next time I pre-order an album. I want to thank Joom for professionally responding to the situation and giving me clarity! ♥️

I love this album! Not only is it one of my favorites, but it also has my favorite photos in the photobook. Now, let's get into the album details. The album arrived packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box, so there was no physical damage to the album itself. Once opened, you receive: 1. The album, with the CD stored in a sleeve built into the back cover. The album also has all of the markings that indicate it is authentic. 2. A random member photocard (I got Jungkook!). 3. Two photocard sleeves, which were included as freebies. 4. A business card from the company that shipped my order. One thing to note is that the photobook has a fairly fragile spine and cover, so you'll want to be careful when handling it to avoid creasing or damaging it.. Overall, I absolutely love this album. I have a lot of nostalgia tied to these songs, and I've wanted this album ever since I was 13 years old. I'm so happy that adult me was finally able to fulfill childhood me's dream.

The album and Red Velvet are perfect, and the inclusions arrived well and with the POB. The PVC sleeve that includes the album came torn and wrinkled. The package must have been bent on the way, because the bottom corner of the album is bent.. Joom support only offered me a 15% discount for a future order, valid for a month, saying that the store is not responsible for scratches on the product. I understand that if some of the content is fine they wouldn't offer a full refund (I didn't expect that either, although the product was not only wrinkled, it was also broken), but I don't think that's enough compensation, since it forces me to make a purchase within the next 30 days.. I don't like to give bad reviews to stores, because I know it's a reliable seller, they ship quickly and they have good products, but I hope it helps you check if the packaging is adequate or if the courier handles the shipments well.

NOT IN MY DOORWAY, NOT TO MY NEIGHBORS, NOT ON THE DOORMAT, NOT A CALL OR SMS FROM THE MESSENGER, NOT A NOTE, NOTHING, NOT A TRACE OF MY ORDER. . I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT TO A COURIER COMPANY BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. I HAVE SUFFERED THE SAME INCIDENT ON THAT DATE WITH ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. I AM WAITING FOR CLARIFICATION OF THIS SITUATION, PLEASE. AS OF TODAY, FEBRUARY 4, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED A REFUND OF MY MONEY.. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SUPPOSED SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON WHO PICKED IT UP, WHICH WAS NOT ME, NOR ANYONE AT MY HOME, SINCE I CAN PROVE THAT WE WERE NOT THERE ON THOSE DATES.. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND DEMAND APPROPRIATE ACCOUNTABILITY FROM CTT EXPRESS.

I am extremely disappointed with this order. I specifically ordered the version with Leeknow because this gift was intended for a specific person, and the entire concept of my gift was built around them. However, I received a completely different member, and now the entire gift is ruined. Everything else was ordered in advance and was ready, but because of your mistake, I will have to redo everything and spend additional money. I can't even make a return, as the order was already delayed, and I don’t have time to wait another month for a replacement, especially since there’s no guarantee that the correct member will arrive next time. I want to note that the product itself is of good quality and undamaged, but this mistake has completely ruined my gift and caused significant inconvenience. I hope the store takes measures to prevent such situations from happening to other customers.

I received it in good order, it arrived in 21 days. I placed the order on July 10th and received it on the 31st. Unfortunately, I ordered it in advance, hoping it would arrive by the concert, which was on July 29th, but the seller confirmed the order and shipped it almost 2 weeks later. (Therefore, if you need it for a specific event, place the order well in advance, about 30 days before.) It's sad that because of this I didn't have it for the concert, but it will remain as a collection. About this order I can say it's super, I like it, everything works, it connects to the app and the rest, but, unfortunately, I didn't get a pleasant bonus with the photos, as I saw in other reviews. Most had them, but this wasn't indicated as something mandatory with the order. But if we ignore this aspect, the product is very good, I recommend it.

I give it 3 stars, not for the product, but for the seller. I ordered the album on 15/08, the seller confirmed the purchase ONLY on 25/08 and sent it on 30/08. Finally, it arrived on 08/09. It took too long, when normally it would take 1 week and a half at most. I never received a message from the seller regarding the delay, as I read in several comments. And I also didn't receive any free photocards or stickers (I say this for those who expect to receive something for free). I received 2 envelopes for the photocards, I suppose that's the "free gift"? Other than that, the album came well packaged. Almost in perfect condition, as the tips and some edges of the album feel somewhat bad, as if they hadn't been delicate when packaging it, although I don't know. Thanks anyway, I guess.
