Everything was perfect, delivery on time, the rings are absolutely magnificent ✨🩷 Everything arrives well protected and carefully packaged ! I.N and Mr Puppy arrived with the rings 🥰 I'm super delighted, thank you very much! ✨🫶🏻 (For those it might help, I have relatively slender fingers, I generally wear a size 52 / 14mm. The rings arrived in 16mm for the black one and 17mm for the white one (French size ~ 54), and they fit very well for the current placement. There's also the possibility of wearing them on the index finger in winter when hands swell. So, the one-size-fits-all is suitable for small hands / slender hands, especially if you have the option to stack the wider one under the thinner one 👌🏻)

There are no questions about the quality of the product that came. Everything came in one piece in good quality. But the question is for the seller and the product card. For some reason, the main photo shows 2 versions of the product, which are not indicated when placing an order in any way and you will find out that the complete set did not arrive only after receipt. A very unpleasant moment. It is only after communicating with support that I find out that it turns out to be my fault that I chose the wrong version and was still unhappy. Do not mislead people and correct the product card and version at checkout.

I thought I was going to receive my package with the socks, tie, badge, bow etc. and ultimately I received nothing. the seller explained very poorly because we couldn't even choose the option to take, there was no option so for me it was included. the photo also sells us that there was merch with it but ultimately no. for 36€ I wouldn't buy this version if it had no merch apart from the album and what it had inside. I am very disappointed. if there was no merch inside, and no options, change the photo or your description with all respect. 🥹

I thought to myself why not wander around on Joom and maybe your sellers are selling the pc I'm missing! I did extremely well! Shipping was fast and it arrived well packaged. But the lightstick box came with some “scratches” that are from the plastic that covers it. It’s not a problem for me, because I had already seen in other reviews that this is something that has already happened with the NCT (V.1) lightsticks in this store, so I was already aware that it could happen to me too. Anyway, apart from that, everything is in perfect condition and it connects to the SM app. 4/5 just because of the box!

He came fast - in 2 weeks. There was no problem with tracking the order - I had issues with it in the past in some other place, but now it was a breeze. He was wrapped tight, so no damage from shipping, the only thing - plastic pouch he was in had been torn in one place, as if someone wanted to get inside of it, but other than that - no complains. He looks perfect and now he's my work buddy at my desk

Nothing to say about the product. Just the delivery a little disappointing, 2 folios purchased from the same seller at the same time but sent in separate packages, received 2 days apart. 5 days to ship the products, more than 2 weeks to be delivered after shipment. Even for packages coming from Korea it's a bit long. Aside from that, the folios are superb and the little gift from the seller is very cute.
