The 43 is actually either a 42 and a half or a 42, a bit small for me who has a slightly wide foot and measures a 43 (I'll try to get used to it😏). As for the product itself, it looks visually quite nice and appealing in the website image and fairly decent when you have bought it and own it, however, you can clearly see that the reliefs on its (cheap) sneakers are not there, and the quality of the brand itself, I know this brand very well for having bought it several times (but not on this kind of site but in real quality stores). In any case there, you have to admit that I am quite disappointed (no reliefs on the shoes, no stitching even for the brand logos, the finishes are not top quality, it just looks like it was painted on the fabric like that, including the brand logo, don't expect to have this logo in relief affixed to the shoe or any relief of the name or logo of the brand in stitching on the tongue or even behind the heel or on the side of the sneaker. For the price, it's still a low-end product in my opinion, but that's normal because they are on sale, therefore of lower quality, but they remain simple sneakers that one could buy in any store (supermarkets or others of the kind), pretty sneakers from the brand nonetheless, but cheap, period. Make your own choice, I'm not influencing anyone, I'm just saying what I feel and think about this product. For my part, I won't be looking for this kind of thing on this site anymore. And delivery not very fast, minimum 2 weeks. I would have liked to be satisfied with this product that I saw when I went on this site (they looked really good visually like that on the site) but once ordered, received, and unpacked my enthusiasm quickly waned and my joy was short-lived, I was disappointed with my purchase and it was really not what I could have expected, I should have looked more or even asked for more information about this item. I repeat, they remain beautiful sneakers nonetheless, but simple sneakers like any others that one could find in basic stores. The brand itself would not make this kind of such low-quality sneakers by omitting such important details (especially the reliefs and the topstitching) that I mentioned so previously. Comfort and fit: Although the shoes are labelled EU size 43, I found them rather uncomfortable to wear. The fit feels tighter than expected, and lacing them properly was not particularly easy. Damaged component: Unfortunately, the heel section arrived damaged, particularly around the transparent component near the New Balance branding. This is especially disappointing for a brand-new product. Packaging and accessories: The instructions included with the shoes were entirely in Chinese. I also found the security tags inconvenient, as they were attached in a way that made properly lacing the sneakers difficult. The warning stating that removing these tags invalidates the possibility of a return is also concerning. Authentication concerns: The QR code provided with the product redirects to a third-party website, kickstrace23.com. According to publicly available domain registration records, this website was registered on May 21, 2026. I could not find evidence that this authentication service is officially recognized or authorized by New Balance. This raises legitimate questions about the reliability of the verification process. Final thoughts: Overall, I am disappointed with the materials, finishing, construction and comfort of these sneakers. The damaged heel and the lack of transparency regarding the authentication process only add to this disappointment. I cannot recommend this purchase based on my experience. I expected a premium product, but unfortunately, what I received fell well short of those expectations.

I don't recommend ordering here just to save 5 –10 euros. In Germany, returns are much easier and more customer-friendly. If you don't like the item or the size doesn't fit, the return process is made very complicated here.. They demand many photos – of the foot, of the shoebox, of the inside of the shoe, etc.. Although I sent everything, it took a long time for the return to be accepted.. Furthermore, I had to pay the shipping costs myself, and shipping to Hong Kong is almost as expensive as the item itself.! At German retailers, you can return items without any problems and without giving a reason..

The product was fine. Please stop collaboration with ups. It is the worst courier here in Thessaloniki in Greece. They never deliver the parcel but they leave a note demanding to reply on it - ridiculous to reply on a paper note and leave it in the front door for the courier to see in 2026 -! There is no phone or messaging contact which would be the easiest thing to do and instead they demand to subscribe to their app which is extremely frustrating because you can never succeed to do it. I would buy more from your page if there was no ups nightmare!!!

WARNING! This platform is a scam. I bought some sneakers for €160 (plus fees) and, after a month of waiting, I received a used, fake product with a destroyed box. When I requested a full refund, they told me they would only refund 30% and that I should keep them.. It's a scam! The finish is terrible, the sizing is wrong, and they are cheap imitations. The customer service is even worse. I'm going to post this on all social media so no one else falls for it. Be very careful with them!
