Zippers are poorly made, one broke the first time - when trying! Perhaps, I suspect, it was already defective when it was delivered. The construction of the bag is in stark contrast to the concept used worldwide: the back should be flat. Here the main compartment is built into the so-called back section. The idea behind this is certainly to increase protection against theft. This is not good for my back/my back. So I have to decide: theft protection but back pain or no back pain but no theft protection. Incidentally, a saddler told me that the repair a) would cost more than the entire bag; b) the material was "so lousy" that he would not guarantee a good repair.
