Ordered size M, which is normally my size, but it's huge, I didn't even try it on, immediately put it back in the package and submitted a return request, where it said I have to bear the shipping costs myself and a few days later I took the package to the post office, there was the next nasty surprise, shipping with tracking number costs 48 EUR without tracking number 22 EUR, both of course with customs declaration to Hong Kong, in the return request there was no return address, then I copied the return address from the package and of course only selected the shipping for 22 EUR, the dress costs 51.57 EUR, I'm not going to pay 48 EUR for shipping to get 51 EUR back! Now my refund has been rejected because I apparently sent it to the wrong address! But how was I supposed to know the address if Joom gives no information? Photo with reply from Joom is attached. So, unfortunately, I have acquired a negative experience of over 70 EUR. I am very disappointed. Can only warn. I will of course uninstall the app. Unfortunately, for me, it's over with Joom, Joom lands on my blacklist!

This is a counterfeit not visible at first glance on the website. To start, the Adidas Predator Belligold (Bellingham) model arrives in a Leonel Messi box! Looking closely at the front of the shoe, the mention HYDBRITOUHC instead of HYBRIDTOUCH written on the real Adidas models confirms the counterfeit.. Finally, After trying on the shoe, my son tells me that the comfort of the foot inside the model purchased on the Joom site is far inferior to that tried on in the same model in the store. Wanting to withdraw but with return costs at my expense (sending back to China by Colissimo costs a minimum of €37), I don't know what to do. Joom support does not reassure me on this point. The foot length for this size is stated as 27 cm, however, the shoe/insole is only 27.3 cm long in total. Since feet also need space in the shoe, they cannot fit! The support equates the foot length with the sole length and claims the shoes must fit. However, this cannot be the case, as the shoe is far too small overall. Soles of size 44 are normally 28.5 to 29 cm long - these do not come close to the stated measurement. At most, they are suitable for a size 42. The support does not understand at all what the issue is. Probably doesn't want to understand.... We are very disappointed!

These Moon Boots are counterfeit. The quality, materials, and details are clearly different from the original product, even though the price is almost the same as for authentic Moon Boots. I strongly do not recommend ordering from this seller. It is outrageous that a European website is selling counterfeit products to customers at such a high price. Buyers should be very careful and check the authenticity of the product before purchasing.

The bag is nice, but I don’t believe it is made of genuine leather. It has a very strong synthetic smell and there are slight brown paint marks on the light blue surface. The size is also much smaller than expected. I paid for the 40 cm version, but I received a smaller one (30 cm), which also costs less.
