Product is very small. I was quite chilled about it and thought I'll just order a larger size but request free postage for the second one and avoid complicated returns. There was NO customer communication link at all and I was forced to download the JOOM app to do so. Just to find that this is a trick and a request for customer care help just infuriatingly produces a list of random products to buy. Joom App is useless. The size corresponds. It's not very thick but it's warm. I find it very original, normally these types of jackets provide a lot of volume. Great. I recommend them.

Although it doesn't button up loosely, I wanted it as an extra layer to keep me warm and wear it under a coat and it's great for that.

It fits what I expected. They are thin but are good to put under another coat.

I received a jacket (L) with all tags, it corresponds to the order👍 Soft, beautiful white color, there is a cover) Among the disadvantages - there is a smell, it shines through where there is less fluff... and the tailoring is such that it is tight in the chest (I took a size larger than I wear), if you don't fasten it on the third button, then it's normal. I would like to add: wear only white (light) clothes!!!, because when over dark clothes - it shines through in places, there is no appearance😐 in the last photo, the fluff is dark in the filling and it is visible...

The jacket itself is excellent, I'm ordering a second one in a different color, but it arrived one size smaller than the first one with the same size number! It's disappointing and frustrating, and there's no certainty that this won't happen again upon reorder
