I am very disappointed with the hall carpet which I ordered on September the first 2026. My order, hallway carpet No. GJY22W6E was delivered on 17 - September 2026. I am having unexpected problems with the carpet. a. It is NOT lying flat at both ends and in the middle due to the fold creases made when it was packed up. b. It slides along the hall floor when people enter or leave through the front door. There is nothing I can do to correct the faults. I will recommend to everyone I know not to buy this article . Unfortunately I cannot return the carpet as I did NOT keep the package it arrived in. What a waste of money - it is no use to me in my hallway, I needed a non-slip carpet which lies flat. Mrs. J. The Carpet didn´´t correspond my expectations. It was a very very thin carpet and had a lot of wrinkles that probobly never will disappear! It was even bad smelling not good for my allergy. Not even close to the photos seller presents. Looks like some kind of bathroom mat :( see photo 4 for details It is not 120 cm wide at the widest part its 117 cm The mat was folded up in 40 x 40 cm square which makes permanent ugly folding marks on the mat, it will never ever get flat This mat is not even worth half the price :( Very disappointed

Rug is nothing like the picture, mine came all folded and it's impossible to get creases out. Have contacted them to return it and sent photos but still heard nothing. Will contact credit card company next to see if they will sort out a refund. Didn't know it came from China will be more careful when buying again on the Internet.

It is acceptable. Not as brightly coloured as the photo. Creases take a long time to ease out, but otherwise, I'm happy. It will easily go in the washing machine, although only time will tell how it will hold up. For the price, it's fair and I'm happy to recommend it to others

Too thin for a rug. It was sent folded instaed of rolled, as carpet is meant to be. It's still lumpy & creased after walking on it for more than a month in my kitchen! . 27/Aug Still buckled & creased from the folds. 17th sept. rubbish.
