China's tea is an ancient conversation between nature and human hands. Grown on mist-wrappedmountains from Yunnan to Fujian, each variety-green, yellow, white, oolong, black, and dark pu'ercarries the distinct soul of its soil and climate. The finest leaves are plucked at precise moments, then pan-fired, rolled, fermented, or aged through techniques perfected over millennia. Brewing isritual: warm the pot, rinse the leaves, pour water at just the right temperature, and watch the liquorunfold like a slow-motion flower. The first sip reveals grassy freshness, floral elegance, roasteddepth, or earthy sweetness, often shifting across steepings. Tea in China is not merelyrefreshment; it is mindfulness, hospitality, and art-a quiet pause in a busy world, connecting drinker to grower, past to present, and every sip to the infinite rhythm of the seasons.
