Good day, I received the item. Unfortunately, it has no attachment for the headrest in the car. Therefore, I have already requested the return multiple times. Unfortunately, I have not received any feedback with the return label to this day. This is not good service. I urgently request a response.
I requested 2 sets of 4 pieces each with the Toyota logo as advertised on the website. I have received only 1 set and without the logo. They are not to my liking, and I have requested a refund.
Claim not processed despite several reminders. Now I am told that the 30-day period has expired. This is either incompetence or a scam. Joom is a site to avoid.
