Good afternoon. From the image sent by “Zuecos_01”, the clogs on the left I ordered them on 20/06/2024 and the order was Y69684VG, this order was for size 37/38. I have put the ones I received from the order 28DWY7GX that I ordered for the same size 37/38 and you can see that they are more than one centimeter smaller, they are probably size 35/36. Attached image “Zuecos_02” of the measurements in centimeters of the clogs. I would like to exchange the black clogs of the order 28DWY7GX for the correct size_37/38. Thank you

All tags have been cut off on all of my pants.even the size on the bag was torn off on every package. I already owned same pants which were supplied by another genuine company. I ordered the same size but these are about 2 sizes too big. Can’t confirm because the tags have been cut.

I ordered a size too large on purpose, came as i expected. Has padding and adjustable straps to keep cold air out. Haven't worn it out in the snow yet but seems like itll be warm.
