Yellow Fish Headband Shape Hair Hoop Cute Animal Headdress Plush Headpiece Headwear for Party

I returned the item, but due to technical reasons, I could not submit the return receipt. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no way to contact them via email. I sent the item back to China at my own expense. Postage paid, item paid for. Complaint closed without any personal contact possibility. I would not order from Joom.de again like this!!!

As you can see in the photo forst of all it doesnt have any brand name on it like the one in the photo but that is not a problem ,the problem is that thing in the middle in the first pic is not in central position and when you put in the cooper to ma a flair it doesnt come good the product is dameged i would like a new and good item please

the mats do not stick to floor and slide from yhe lightest touch. i do not recommend this product to anyone with mobility issues or elderly. it presents increased risk for falls. so the one thing it is supposed to perform, it does not
