סווטשירט לילדים Tok אותיות Tik עם קפוצ'ון שרוול ארוך טופים אופנתיים פולאובר

The cup was allegedly delivered. I was at home at the time, and neither the doorbell rang nor is there anything in front of the door or in the mailbox. The support is not responding to inquiries. I am trying to get the payment back through my bank. I can only absolutely advise against ordering anything from Joom. Unreliable, no customer service, absolute scam!

Terrible purchase. The product does not correspond at all to what was advertised. The pouf is so small and without structure that it looks like a backpack. It's not even suitable for sitting, let alone fulfilling the function of a pouf. Honestly, not even a dog could use this, it's so small. I was very disappointed and requested a return with a refund..

I need to return the product because of the wrong size and because it is not in good condition, but I cannot process the request properly because it does not let me attach information in the chat. Is there an email?

Absolute misleading product description. The "toys" are tiny. Flat bit of painted plastic. Complete waste of money. Requested refund. Would not trust this website again

Misleading description, it's not a calendar with figurines at all. They are plastic images. Very disappointed. At this price, it's a big scam

This item does not match the description. It is not an authentic Jellycat product—it appears to be a counterfeit. It doesn’t even have the Jellycat brand logo.

Most of the words and sentences are unreadable. Would be nice to know that it's a photo copy. Could have downloaded it myself than buying it.

Misleading description. These are not mini perfumes but plastic perfume images. At this price, it's a scam. Very disappointed
