An Joom Although after a long back and forth you agreed to address my complaint and suggested either refunding the money or still delivering the item. I chose the item, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it.. And now the whole tragedy begins anew. You send me a pathetic article that I don't know what to do with. My order is a highly interesting physics experiment, you send me a Lego stone-thrower toy for a knight's castle, or something like that. The instructions don't offer any more and are enclosed. You can see what the ordered item looks like multiple times in my order.. Please transfer the money you owe me to my account. Obviously, you are not capable of processing an order correctly. For the enormous hassle and trouble with you, I will modestly charge you CHF 200.-, also to be transferred to the account.. I would urgently ask the consumer magazines espresso and Kassensturz to draw attention to the dealings of this mail-order company. Thank you very much.. The delivery went very well, but the item they sent me is not the same as the one in the picture or on my order. I will return it and ask for a refund, obviously at the seller's expense. Before buying, I looked at their reviews and saw that they are very positive. I thought the order would arrive in an envelope without a box, but instead it was something else entirely. I advise you not to buy from this seller, they don't even know what they are selling.

It's certainly not worth even half of half of what it costs, I would have spent much less on another figure, it smells like pure plastic and the second replacement head doesn't fit the sword in its mouth, therefore it doesn't have 3 anymore but 2, honestly disappointed, there's missing paint in parts of the figure, I'll think about whether to return it

Bracelet of the right diameter, seems to be in sterling silver as indicated on the description, only flat, very hard clasp, every time I open it I am afraid that it will remain in my hand, moreover the interior of the clasp is black ... not at all covered with silver .... so disappointed

Ordered December 14, February 5 came to the post office. Looks good, the screen is their sensor. Sing without problems. It has no defects, only that the strap is short, the child is 1 year and 10 months old and is sitting on his hand.
