They're very cute, but the whole lot was shipped in one styrofoam box without being secured within it. Because of this, each and every one arrived broken to various degrees; all are missing fins on their heads, but the worst one is that the one which hangs by its tail has broken its tail so it can't be used at all. Due to all the shaking around in shipping, they also chewed up all the styrofoam so there's also a flurry of polystyrene "snow" loose in the box with them that got absolutely EVERYWHERE upon opening and made it nearly impossible to find all the broken bits within it. I was only offered half my money back when I reported the problem.

Immediately after unwrapping the Christmas present, the children began to make a necklace. They were really happy. Deserves 5 stars for this price, although I had ordered the same thing twice, both boxes were not exactly the same inside. This can be an advantage among siblings who like to trade with each other, but not so well among siblings who want the same thing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍👍👍👍🥰

Hello, my order on your site is ambiguous. Following my order, my product is not compliant. I thought I had these 4 mini fans. What I was interested in was the 12v. I received a 5v one that I'm not interested in. I can't send you my complaint. Please enlighten me. Or send me a link. Kind regards.

Star-shaped stickers is as in the picture, there are 10 pieces, they are very well packaged, the order was given on 12.02.22-06.05.22, thank you very much to the manufacturers and the Joom store.

The cape does not match the description. Much shorter. Instead of being long, it hits the top of the thighs (and yet I'm not tall). Very disapointed.

No print on the outline markers which is fine but the tip of the markers does not match the cap number, compared to the originals. Other than that so far not bad

The liners are not numbered accordingly to size of the tip, also all of them had Blank cover, one of them Is completely dry... The quality of ink Is terrible
