Thermopastes Soldering Paste Rosin Flux For Soldering

Thermopasty Solder Paste 20 ml Rosin Flux for Soldering

Thermopasty Solder Paste 20 ml is a medium-active rosin-based soldering paste with the addition of an organic halogen activator.

The 20 ml variant in a metal can is the manufacturer's current packaging for the ART.AGT-036 code. This is the smallest capacity in this series, intended primarily for minor repairs, smaller projects, electronics servicing, and work where precision and easy storage of the product are important.

Applications of Termopasty Solder Paste 20 ml

Thermopasty solder paste is intended for soldering components made of copper, silver alloys, nickel-plated, and zinc-plated alloys. It can be used for soldering and tinning components in radio and telecommunications technology, as well as during the assembly of electrical devices.

This product is suitable for applications where rosin alone may be insufficient and stronger support for the soldering process is needed. The paste helps prepare the surface, improves wetting of soldered components, and reduces problems resulting from metal oxidation during operation.

What distinguishes Termopasty Soldering Paste 20 ml

The product is based on rosin and an organic halogen activator. This supports the effective soldering of non-ferrous metal components and helps achieve a proper solder joint. The paste meets the requirements of ISO 9454-1 type 1134 and J-STD-004 ROL0 standards.

The paste is insoluble in water, so after soldering, any residue should be removed with an alcohol remover. This cleaning helps keep your workspace in better condition and reduces flux residue on the surface.

When to choose 20 ml Solder Paste

The 20 ml variant is worth choosing when solder paste is needed for small, precise, or occasional soldering jobs. It's a good choice for electronics service, PCB repairs, hobby workshops, and workspaces where a small, handy package is important.

If the product is used more frequently, the 40 ml variant may be a better choice. For regular and more intensive use, consider the 100 ml variant.

What to pay attention to before use

Thermopasty solder paste acts as a flux paste that supports soldering. It is not an Easy Print solder paste containing powdered solder alloy, so it does not replace tin, solder wire, or other binder. To make the connection, use the appropriate solder.

The product should be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the safety regulations for soldering products. Before use, it is recommended to read the manufacturer's technical data sheet and safety data sheet.

How to use Thermopaste solder paste

Apply a small amount of solder paste to the joint. Then apply the solder and use a soldering iron to melt the paste and create a permanent connection. After soldering, any remaining paste can be removed with alcohol remover.

The product can be applied directly from the packaging, mechanically, or using a solder mask, depending on the nature of the work and process requirements.

Does AGT-036 currently come in 20 g or 20 ml?

The current manufacturer's variant for ART.AGT-036 is Solder Paste 20 ml in a metal can. Older names may still contain 20 g, so it is worth using the current unit of 20 ml in the store.

Does Termopasty Solder Paste 20 ml contain tin?

It is not an Easy Print solder paste with powdered solder alloy. The product acts as a flux paste that supports soldering, so the appropriate solder should be used to make the connection.

What metals can Termopasty Solder Paste be used for?

The product is intended for soldering copper, silver-plated, zinc-plated, and nickel-plated components. It is also suitable for soldering and tin-plating components in radio and telecommunications technology.

Does paste residue need to be removed after soldering?

The manufacturer recommends removing paste residue with an alcohol remover after soldering. The paste does not dissolve in water.

What is the difference between the 20 ml packaging, 40 ml, and 100 ml?

The 20 ml packaging is the smallest variant in this series. It's suitable for small, precise, and occasional work, while the 40 ml and 100 ml versions are more convenient for more frequent soldering.

Is the 20 ml solder paste suitable for electronics repair?

Yes. The product can be used in electronics repair, workshops, radio and telecommunications applications, and for the assembly of electrical devices.

How should I store the 20 ml Thermopasty solder paste?

The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. The packaging should be tightly closed when not in use.
