Do not buy from this seller!!. The item sent was not the sneakers I chose, they sent me a different model. SAME BRAND BUT DIFFERENT MODEL. I opened a claim, they offered me 50%, with no possibility of replying to my messages, they automatically gave me 50%, after several messages to the seller and Joom which have not been answered I have accepted the 50%

Beautiful item, well-finished and especially at an advantageous price compared to the market. They adhered perfectly to the delivery times, the seller is very reliable and above all the products are original and are shipped quickly, I recommend this seller to everyone.

Original product. Very beautiful shoe, very light, I am truly satisfied. The only thing I didn't know was that I would have to pay €18.37 for customs fees. Otherwise, I recommend this site. People respond to messages, not in real-time, sometimes after a day or two, but they do respond. Thank you.

Excellent platform for purchases in the Eastern commercial world... I'll definitely make more, already two successful orders and even a return with a full refund... after a few days. It works I can't wait to make other convenient purchases with Joom...hello thank you

I wanted to cancel 4 minutes after placing the order, you said it wouldn't be possible, I had to wait for the delivery and now I'm struggling to make the return, it's explained very well but you say on the right it's on the left and we can't find the icon or submit

The sole is symmetrical, there is no difference between the left and right. The mesh upper of the shoe is cheap mesh, the quality is inferior. Unfortunately, the shoe also doesn't fit. I had to wait much too long for the delivery.

The package was supposed to be delivered by August 8th and arrived on the 24th. Furthermore, I had to pay an additional 18 euros for customs fees which were not indicated at the time of purchase. All things considered, it wasn't worth it for me. Website not recommended.
