Beschrijving

• [For stainless steel]: The spiral shape is ideal for stainless steel, allowing for smooth drilling with less welding. Suitable for screwing not only soft materials such as wood boards, vinyl, and resin, but also hard materials such as stainless steel, iron plates, and aluminum plates. It is a perfect tool for DIY, do-it-yourself, and engineering screw processing tasks such as drilling, tapping, and chamfering.

• [Industrial cobalt high speed steel] Tap drills made of HSS-Co M35 steel have an AlTiN titanium nitride coating on the surface, which increases the aluminum content and strengthens the surface, resulting in a hardness of HRC89. It has superior heat resistance than ordinary drill taps, and reduces the heat generated during friction. Improves the high temperature resistance and grinding resistance of the drill, making it ideal for high-speed drilling.

• [Spiral Tap Drill] The chamfering tap adopts a spiral design and can be attached to models with forward and reverse functions, making it easy to remove chips and perform pilot hole drilling and thread cutting at the same time. Compared to ordinary tap drills, it has the advantage of reducing the phenomenon of breakage when the blade breaks, and has a longer service life.

• [Easy to use] The three functions of thread cutting, pilot hole drilling, and chamfering are all available at once, greatly reducing the effort and time required to drill pilot holes, allowing you to work comfortably. In addition, the shaft is a general-purpose hexagonal shaft, so it can be used with impact drivers, electric drills, and rechargeable drills.

• [Product specifications] Set contents: A set of 6 pieces: M3x0.5, M4x0.7, M5x0.8, M6x1, M8x1.25, M10x1.5. Material: HSS-Co M35. Surface treatment: titanium nitride aluminum coating. Shaft diameter: 1/4" hexagonal shank (6.35mm). Various sizes are available to accommodate each model. Comes with a storage case to prevent wear during transportation and make it easy to carry.
