The carpet was tightly folded and compressed in a very tight plastic bag. As a result, it is completely warped, has sharp bends and is extremely wavy. It can no longer be laid straight and becomes a dangerous tripping hazard. Because of the many sharp bends it doesn't lie flat on the floor and looks cheap and shabby. We cannot use it in this condition. It appears that it was compressed and crushed by heavy packages during long-term transport. The plastic bag is the worst possible packaging for a carpet. Normally it must be shipped rolled up in a rigid box. As damaged and cheap as it is now, I don't want to keep it and ask you to either exchange it for a good condition and in proper packaging, or take it back and refund the costs.

I am very disappointed with the hall carpet which I ordered on September the first 2026. My order, hallway carpet No. GJY22W6E was delivered on 17 - September 2026. I am having unexpected problems with the carpet. a. It is NOT lying flat at both ends and in the middle due to the fold creases made when it was packed up. b. It slides along the hall floor when people enter or leave through the front door. There is nothing I can do to correct the faults. I will recommend to everyone I know not to buy this article . Unfortunately I cannot return the carpet as I did NOT keep the package it arrived in. What a waste of money - it is no use to me in my hallway, I needed a non-slip carpet which lies flat. Mrs. J.
