This is the second time I've ordered this type of shelf; during the first delivery everything was perfect. The package contained the shelves, 2 screws per item, Moreau wall plugs, as well as nice black covers for the screw heads.. In the second delivery, there were only the shelves. The customer service does not explain the reason for this difference and absolves themselves by saying that the offer only contained the shelves and not what was in the photo, nor a mounting kit! In the photo, one can discover mounted shelves in a bathroom with lots of decoration.... In short, very disappointed with the customer service.

Product does not correspond to the photos. Misleading advertising. It was the first purchase and it will be the last, only 6 euros and even so I was deceived. Ordinary paper, when in the photo it appeared to be from a card. Came in a terrible package, all dented, folded, ready to throw in the trash. I never liked buying products from China, I was deceived, well done, I paid 6 to learn. Shame on your face, you're deceiving people.

I won’t be buying from this website again. The seller lacks integrity; they deliberately delay dispatch and have increased the price of the items I ordered. Customer service is irresponsible and doesn’t even bother to ask the seller why the items haven’t been dispatched. I really wouldn’t recommend them. You have to pay the return postage yourself, and some of the products are completely unusable.

Damaged- of all the items in my package - this one should of been the most sturdy however it was actually wrapped in broken bits. - I had fragile baubles in the same package and nothing else was damaged - with the way this was wrapped this leads me to believe this was damaged before boxing and sending. Refund request for this please see picture attached

The item is not good , one of the hand is not properly built so it doesn’t hold the tape that will stick on the wall without which the shelves fall every-time I try to stick on the wall . Without any items placed on it the shelves doesn’t stand right imagine with the items I placed on it . Now this shelve is useless for me

This is an ordinary nylon mesh, which fused together and crumpled the first time I ironed it and had to throw it away. Almost 2 CHF is money in many countries! A price for a scam. Why are you selling something which lowers your reputation!? It doesnt worth the money. Yes, the delivery was fast, great. But thank you!
