Good day I ordered a foot pedal for the Singer Brilliance 6160 from you (Model ES01FC). Unfortunately, the foot pedal does not work. Although it is explicitly offered as compatible with the Singer 6160, the plug does not fit properly in the socket. It slides out on its own and falls out completely even with slight contact with the cable.. The sewing machine therefore does not respond to the foot pedal. I request a full refund of the purchase price of CHF 21.51 to my original payment method.. Thank you very much for your support. With kind regards

I did not receive this order at all. Allegedly it was delivered to the mailbox, but a tire with a tube will never fit in there. Besides, I was at HOME the whole day. I was outside the front door for half an hour at 2:30 PM with the dog, but there was no tire to be seen. I had already ordered 2 pieces before, but I received them super well delivered! 12" inch WITH TUBE. But the 2nd time, 10" inch with tube, I didn't get it anymore???

the sheets never arrived. no message informing, nothing and neither an office post to be collected, nothing just here in the website as supposed to be delivered the 2- april! we bought it because we want to use them... but unfortunatelly the delivery service is terrible! refund or send 2 sheets again we want s to try them... thank you

Very happy with these test strips. They are smaller than l expected but they are great to test all my different sprays. The gold embossing is beautiful and makes them extra special. Now l do not need to test on my arms, and get all the scents mixed up 👍🏼

The rod arrived broken at the tip. It affects the last guide, the joint area. The tip of the case is also observed to be broken.. The packaging has proven insufficient for such a fragile shipment.

They sent me the wrong side, the one that isn't correct, even though I ordered it correctly. On top of that, they've made it super difficult to return it. I want the passenger side one, not the driver's side one..
