Ürün çok çok geç geldi bu ürün için 2 ay bekledim
The product does not correspond at all: 1. Bad quality of the material: it is a curtain already wrinkled and torn in 2 places 2. The cut of the boot is defective and does not resemble the one in the photos at all 3. The color is different from the one in the pictures 4. The size does not match: I ordered size 43 (although I wear 42), but I can't even insert my foot. ETC In conclusion, it is a very poor quality product that cannot be used! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
VERY SMALL SIZING. I ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A 5.5 BUT I RECEIVED A SIZE 5. EVEN THE SIZE GUIDE INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS INCORRECT IN RELATION TO INTERNATIONAL SIZING. JOOM USED THIS INCORRECT INFO TO DENY ME A REFUND.( POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ) ORDER 2 SIZES UP. Lovely product otherwise. I'm gutted. I love these but can't afford to send them back myself in the hope of getting a refund. They will go in the bin 😭
I didn’t get a good pair. A rough seam on the side of the left boot, felt under the insole, will rub. The heel is only 2 cm and not the same as in the photo. They fit true to size. Very soft, suitable for any fullness of the foot. They will quickly rub on the toe, there is just a mesh without protection. I will not return, I will try to wear what I have.
I normally use L, but my first order was XL and it came very tight, the second order was XXXL again it was tight. I'm not an obese person, just average, 5.9 height, 185 pounds. But the sizes seem to be geared for small Asian sizes. Merchants should alter the sizes to adapt to European, North American standards. I shall not order anymore from this merchant.
