Such a beautiful deer and then you realize that the antlers are made of plastic and you have to stick them on with superglue yourself...a real shame for the price. It would have been nice if this could have been stated in the description....

Ugly. The tray is made of a horrible plastic, opaque and not painted and is not the same quality and shiny as the other trays I bought to combine in the bathroom. Unfortunately it is ugly. I am sorry to say this but it is the truth and I expected it to be of the same quality.

The sockets are made of plastic and if you want to use the buttons or switches, they don't fit in the original ones. I do not recommend this item.

Casing cracked, damaged, not secured in a cardboard box for transport - wrapped in a fleece and sent in a foil envelope. The money was returned.

The packaging was damaged. The whistle on the spout won’t stay open and there are scratches on the lid. Please advise on how to get a refund.
