I ordered, paid and... once again I am being deceived about the delivery date, my third delivery date has already been changed, now it's until May 6th!!!, I'm afraid the next date will be December 6th, but it's unknown in which year. The money is in the company's account, and a refund will possibly only be made after May 6th and it's also unknown if and when it will return to me. Fraud! Why perfidiously lie that the order has been sent. Will the goods only be produced and then travel across half the world by oxen? I will never use this app again! I doubt my order will ever be fulfilled.

The quality is very good, and the finishes too. It's just not so easy to put on so that it stays perfect, and it still moves around quite a bit once you sit down. The non-slip material prevents it from falling off, which is good, but it makes it difficult to put on and "adjust the position" once it's on (you have to remove it completely to do it properly). You also need to let the fabric air out for a few days so that it loses the packaging smell. But overall, it's okay.

I have paid more than €40 for a cover for a chaise longue sofa and I have received a poorly sewn cloth that does not even cover half of the sofa. I have been buying on Joom for YEARS and I have NEVER felt so SCAMMED. I AM WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. The image is like my sofa AND THIS IS HOW I EXPECTED THE ORDER. I wait for an answer, or the part of the case that is missing or that they return my money and tell me where I can return this. I'm very upset

A slim sofa cover arrived. I had ordered XXL, and this is for a two-seater sofa. Mine has a chaise longue. I would like either a refund or, at least, since I paid €17.90 for the large one, send me the correct measurements. Thank you.
