Hello, but this time I am stressed, I have been buying various goods from you for so many years and they have arrived satisfactory and without damage, but this time I am devastated. Please enclose a return receipt for the unusable goods. I am very sorry but I cannot afford to pay for incomplete and crumpled goods, whoever packed it without thinking that the package would go out into the world.

I've ordered it several times because this inexpensive brush is really great. It untangles long, wet hair surprisingly quickly, easily and without any pulling. And for the second time in black because I unfortunately lost the last black one, which belonged to my husband, on the plane. He doesn't like the bright colors so much, but he thinks the brush itself is great too.

Package arrived well, it's very good. Thank you SUPER effective product, to scare away pigeons, there were always loads of them on my roof and for years, with this ribbon it's over, it scared them away, they don't come anymore... 👍👍👍👍 I highly recommend this product.

First time used and the hose broke after appr. 15 minutes. Water all over the place and I had to work for a considerable time to clean up the mess. I messaged Joom and got a refund within a short time. This is why I prefer Joom when buying on the internet.

In the picture it looks big, with more massive stones. In reality it is very small, tiny, the stones are rare, the chain is very thin, it does not sit well. It resembles a choker, but must be worn with great care, so that it does not crack on the neck

This is useless. There are no instructions and even my techie son-in-law can't get it to connect. Complete waste of time and money. There also doesn't seem to be any way of returning it.
