Unfortunately, the delivery address was entered incorrectly on the package. Instead of 15 a, only 15 was entered. Luckily, I was home to intercept the package. Otherwise, very satisfied and will order again if needed.
Was looking for a good shampoo which does clean a scalp and doesn’t damage hair because I wash my hair every day. This one is a perfect one. I have natural blonde thin hair. Use it for 3 months already so can recommend.
I received the wrong product, I ordered shampoo, I received conditioner, please refund my money, how do I return the item I received? I don't have a return option in my profile for this order.. Order number M2548VQN.
After I bought it, I saw that in many places the treatment packaging has a dark lid, I was worried if the product is really original and why is the color of the lid different?
Too bad the product arrived with the cap open and the shampoo was spilled on the edge, losing a quantity for the price paid which is not little, I was disappointed 😞
The hair is very soft. I think it's not quite the shampoo for me because my hair is not very responsive to styling. It smells nice.
